| Itinerary: |
10:30 Arrive at Rosehill Heliport for a pre-flight champagne.
11:00 Its time to get airborne for the flight to Hunter Valley via the Olympic site, Sydney Harbour, the Northern Beaches to Palm Beach and then North Westerly over the Hawkesbury River.
11:55 Land at McWilliam’s Mount Pleasant Winery in the Hunter for an hour of tasting. This winery produces a wide range of classic Hunter wines including Elizabeth Semillon and Rosehill Shiraz. Morning tea is also available.
13:00 Depart for the short hop to Robert’s at Pepper Tree.
13:10 We dine at Robert’s restaurant where multi-award winning cuisine is served in a stunning heritage listed building. Often described as the Hunter Valley’s finest restaurant, Robert’s is truly the top-shelf of
dining experiences in this famous wine-producing area. There may be time for a wine-tasting at the cellar door.
15:30 Depart for the journey home, flying over the Yengo, Dharug, Ku-ring-gai Chase National Parks and southwards back to Rosehill Heliport.
16:20 Arrive at Rosehill Heliport for return transfer to your hotel.
